Bi-weekly Standard yard maintenance 

This program is built for your level of flexibility so you can cancel at any time!

What the program includes

  1. Full Yard Maintenance

    • Mowing, edging, trimming

    • Weed control

    • Blowdown

    • Trash & debris removal

  2. Move-In / Move-Out Yard Reset (Optional)

    • Cleanup

    • Weed removal

    • Tree/bush trimming

    • Curb appeal improvement

  3. Photo Documentation 

    • Before/after photos every visit

    • Texted or emailed to the landlord or manager

  4. Irrigation Check (Monthly)

    • Ensure no leaks

    • Check timer

    • Avoid city fines & HOA fees

  5. Violation Prevention

    • Identify HOA issues

    • Remove tall weeds

    • Clear sidewalks

    • Make home “inspection ready”

  6. Trash Control

    • Pickup of litter or dumped items (small loads)

  7. Tenant Communication Option

    • Communicate arrival times

    • Notify tenant before maintenance

    • Report yard misuse (dead grass, pests, trash buildup)
